Position: Part-Time / On-Call
Pay: $50-$53/hour (DOE)

Peninsula Post-Acute is a short-term rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility dedicated to providing personalized, compassionate care to every resident. Our interdisciplinary team is committed to helping residents recover, regain independence, and achieve their highest level of function in a supportive and welcoming environment.

We are currently seeking a Part-Time / On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to join our exceptional nursing team.

• Assess residents' conditions and provide skilled nursing care based on individualized care plans.
• Monitor, evaluate, and document changes in residents' health status.
• Administer medications, treatments, and other nursing interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Observe and interpret resident symptoms and communicate findings promptly to physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Perform routine nursing procedures, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Promote a safe, compassionate, and healing environment for residents and their families.

• Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, or rehabilitation is preferred but not required.
