Pay: $43.00 - $46.00 per hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies.
- Monitor residents' conditions and promptly communicate changes to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
- Complete timely and accurate documentation of nursing care and resident progress.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nursing staff, residents, and families to support quality outcomes.
- Respond appropriately to resident needs while promoting comfort, dignity, and safety.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and infection prevention practices.
- Current California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in good standing.
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing, post-acute, rehabilitation, or sub-acute setting preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
