Xona is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to own PCBA validation and test across inbound boards, ensuring first-pass quality before release to production. You will drive the validation strategy, create digital work instructions, and coordinate with CM partners to meet spec.
You will translate drawings and IPC criteria into validated inspection and test protocols, design fixtures and test stations, and champion nonconformance handling with root-cause analysis to closure.
