• Support recruiting, hiring, training, and developing a high‑performing, diverse team.
• Lead daily store operations including scheduling, payroll support, reporting, and inventory.
• Provide clear coaching and real‑time feedback to strengthen team performance.
• Take the lead when the Store Manager is away.
• Ensure strong visual merchandising and uphold prAna brand standards.
• Foster community engagement and represent prAna at select offsite events.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming environment for customers and teammates.

• 2–3 years of retail leadership experience; visual merchandising a plus.
• Passion for customer service, sales, and outdoor‑inspired lifestyles.
• Strong communication, coaching, and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfort with retail technology, POS systems, and performance tools.
• Ability to adapt in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional travel.

• Frequently active environment requiring movement and handling items up to 40 lbs.; exposure to dust and noise.
• Occasionally requires ability to work in place.
• Strong communication skills with coworkers and customers.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule that may change seasonally.

Hiring range: $24.45 – $33.61 per hour. Pay is determined by market, candidate capabilities, experience, and internal equity.
