Position: Sales Executive (Outside Sales) – Freight Forwarding & Supply Chain

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive (Outside Sales) to grow our client base and strengthen long-term customer relationships. This role focuses on new business development while maintaining and expanding existing accounts. The ideal candidate brings industry knowledge, a strategic sales mindset, and a proven ability to exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, and strategic outreach.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships by understanding customers’ logistics needs and delivering customized solutions.
  • Sales Execution: Prepare and present competitive quotes, bids, and formal proposals to prospective and existing clients.
  • Performance Management: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals established by Sales Management.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Customer Service, and overseas offices to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Service Promotion: Effectively promote the company’s full range of services, including Import/Export, Warehousing, LTL Transportation, Cargo Insurance, and Customs Brokerage.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience: 3–5 years of sales experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related industry.
  • Communication: Strong customer service, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; CRM experience preferred.
  • Self-Starter: Highly motivated, quick learner, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organization: Strong multitasking and time-management skills with attention to follow-up and detail.
  • Language

    Skills:

    Multilingual abilities are a plus.
Education
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
