Luxury Sales Associate - Burlingame (part-time

Anthem San Francisco is a fast‑growing luxury home‑furnishings company looking for a Sales Associate to work in our store located in downtown Burlingame.

We seek customer‑oriented professionals with excellent customer service skills and experience selling luxury brands. Experience in interior design, bed and bedding sales, and custom furniture is preferred.

Full‑time positions include full health benefits and vacation time and require working one weekend day each week.

• The primary function of this position is sales and merchandising, working closely with clients and designers.
• Sell beds, fine bedding, and bathroom décor.
• Guarantee consistent high standards of customer service.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge of bedding and provide energetic and enthusiastic presentations of our products.
• Partner extensively with the design community.
• Assist with physical inventory count.
• Communicate merchandise opportunities and ensure execution and maintenance of all visual directives.
• Help maintain the physical condition of the store and communicate maintenance needs in a timely manner. Help manage floor and fixture changes.
• Work retail hours, including one weekend day. Minimum availability of 3 days per week.

• Previous retail sales experience with luxury goods.
• Experience selling custom high‑end furniture and interior design experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals.
• Professional, outgoing, confident, high‑energy capable of delivering energetic, enthusiastic presentations of our products.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Experience with a POS system and proficiency with computers.
• A refined aesthetic sensibility.
• Ability to lift in excess of 25 pounds, stand for long periods, bend, stretch, engage in repetitive motions, push, pull, carry items for a short distance, climb a ladder, and use a step stool.
