Senior Frontend Engineer

Super Dial is looking for a Tech Lead, Full Stack Engineering to build and scale our AI-powered healthcare platform. This role is ideal for an engineer who is strong across the stack, with deep expertise in Python-based back-end systems and modern JavaScript front-end development.

• Own and lead development of core product features across the stack, with a back-end focus (~60%) and front-end contributions (~40%).

• Design and build scalable back-end systems in Python
  , including APIs, services, and data pipelines that support AI-driven functionality.

• Develop intuitive, high-performance front-end experiences using JavaScript/Type Script and React
  .

• Architect systems with a focus on reliability, scalability, and maintainability.

• Partner closely with product, design, and leadership to translate ambiguous requirements into robust technical solutions.

• Define and implement best practices for back-end architecture, service design, and data modeling.

• Drive performance optimization across both back-end systems and front-end applications.

• Lead code reviews, technical design discussions, and architectural decision-making.

• 8+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong emphasis on back-end systems.

• Strong experience building back-end services in Python (e.g., FastAPI, Django, Flask).

• Proficiency in modern front-end development using JavaScript/Type Script, React, and frameworks like Next.js.

• Experience designing and consuming APIs (REST and/or Graph
  
  QL).

• Strong understanding of databases, data modeling, and system design.

• Ability to build and own systems end-to-end, from infrastructure to UI.

• Strong understanding of performance, scalability, and distributed systems fundamentals.

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership.

• Experience working on AI-driven products or healthcare systems.

• Familiarity with real-time systems (Web Sockets, streaming, async processing).

• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and modern deployment practices.

• Exposure to event-driven architectures or background job systems (e.g., Celery, Kafka).

• Experience building internal tools or developer platforms.

• High ownership over core systems and product architecture.

The base salary for this role ranges from $200,000 - $300,000, depending on experience, skill set, and fit. We also offer equity and benefits as part of our total compensation package. Final offers may vary based on experience and qualifications - we’re always open to exceptional talent.
