Technical Artist , Avatars Team

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a wide array of existing workflows and tools
• Partner closely with art, engineering, user-experience, product management, and other teams to develop content in modern real-time environments
• Design, manage and maintain the content pipeline from asset creation through deployment
• Quickly innovate and solve issues with cross-functional teams
• Ability to collaborate and iterate based on the team's evolving needs

• Experience in game development, realtime rendering, or the tech industry
• Experience with Scripting like Python, C#
• Experience in character technologies
• Familiarity with DCC tools such as Maya
• Familiarity with game development engines such as Unity, Unreal
• Experience collaborating on multi-disciplinary teams
• Experience with real time asset implementation and optimization techniques
• Experience communicating across team members including engineers, artists and production staff

• Experience building tools, plug-ins and designing workflows for content production
• Comprehensive understanding of how to build content for real time performance
• Experience with animation system
• Knowledge of emerging technologies & AI technologies

$95,000/year to $152,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
