Overview

We are seeking an Embedded Software Engineer to help develop and enhance software powering next-generation consumer electronic devices. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative products that combine hardware and software to create intuitive user experiences.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 2–6 years of software development experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience programming in C++ or Java.
  • At least 1 year of experience working with embedded systems.
  • Experience developing software for consumer electronics, connected devices, IoT products, wearables, mobile devices, or similar hardware platforms.
  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of software development fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Python development.
  • Experience working in Linux-based embedded environments.
  • Familiarity with real-time or resource-constrained systems.
  • Experience with device connectivity technologies such as Bluetooth or wireless communication protocols.
  • Background supporting audio, multimedia, or low-level system software.
  • Experience working through the full product development lifecycle from concept to release.
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain software for embedded systems and connected devices.
  • Implement new features and enhancements for existing products.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and performance issues.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including hardware, systems, test, and product engineering.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well‑tested code following software engineering best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
  • Contribute to future product development initiatives and platform improvements.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, and development procedures.
  • Support product validation, testing, and deployment activities.
