Fuze HR is seeking detail-oriented Data Entry Clerks to support lab clinics across Ontario. This role is ideal for candidates who are accurate, efficient, and enjoy working in a healthcare environment where data integrity and confidentiality are critical.

• Enter patient and laboratory information accurately into electronic health records (EHR) or laboratory information systems (LIS).
• Verify and cross-check data for completeness and accuracy.
• Update and maintain patient records, lab results, and administrative documentation.
• Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents as needed.
• Collaborate with lab and clinic staff to ensure timely and accurate data reporting.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and comply with privacy regulations.

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education an asset.
• Proven experience in data entry, preferably in a healthcare or clinical setting.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
