THE ROLE
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Administrator to join our team.
This is a 100% office-based administrative position focused on data entry, order processing, documentation, and coordination of shipments. There is no physical picking, packing, or warehouse work involved. You will play a key role in supporting order management and logistics operations by preparing paperwork, entering orders into company systems, communicating with customers and transportation providers, and ensuring accurate shipping records. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a structured office environment and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and customer service.

Order Management & Administration
Enter customer orders accurately into the systemCreate and manage pick lists and shipping documentationPrepare invoices and Bills of Lading (BOLs)Perform data entry related to shipping, receiving, and inventory recordsUse company ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Handle basic cash transactions when requiredCommunication & Coordination
Communicate with customers regarding orders and deliveriesAnswer customer calls and emails professionallyBuild truck runs and coordinate pickups and deliveriesContact transportation companies via phone and email to schedule dock timesWork closely with production and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order flowDocumentation & Accuracy
Track inventory and orders using scanners, barcodes, and paperworkEnsure all shipping and receiving documentation is complete and accurateMaintain organized electronic and paper recordsQUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative, order processing, or shipping/logistics office roleStrong data entry and computer skills (ERP systems and Microsoft Office)Excellent attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentComfortable working in a fast-paced office setting
