Position: TWD Financial Controller Opportunity
Drive impactful financial leadership at TWD in Burlington, ON as a Financial Controller. Ensure compliance and foster strategic decisions backed by robust financial insights.

At TWD, you’ll play a critical role overseeing the accounting and compliance functions to ensure financial accuracy and integrity. This unique position necessitates a leader with over 15 years of experience in accounting, including substantial roles within EPCM environments. Your knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and team development will directly influence our projects in Oil & Gas and Infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation and review of financial statements

• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and GAAP

• Manage general ledger and accounts functions

• Assist in financial planning and monitoring cash flow

• Coordinate external audits and oversee tax reporting

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or closely related field

• CPA or equivalent professional designation mandatory

• 15+ years accounting expertise with a minimum of 5 years in leadership

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and ERP solutions

• Excellent skills in analytical and strategic thinking
