Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is a global supplier of plumbing and water delivery solutions.

A senior finance leadership role responsible for overseeing accounting, financial reporting, controls, and business partnering across Hadrian's Canadian and U.S. entities.

• Lead and execute the month‑end close process in line with corporate timelines.
• Manage consolidation of financial data to ensure accurate multi‑entity reporting.
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements, including KPI and variance analysis.
• Analyze capital expenditures, revenue, and expenses for completeness and accuracy.
• Ensure all balance sheet accounts are reconciled and reviewed in accordance with corporate policies.
• Support interim and year‑end audit processes.
• Monitor regulatory changes and oversee U.S. and Canadian tax compliance, in partnership with Tax Consultants and Corp Tax Teams.

• Partner with business leaders to support decision‑making.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and trend analysis.
• Analyze Actual vs Forecast vs Budget and support forecasting.
• Provide financial evaluation of cost, pricing, and capital decisions.

• Review Accounts Payable and weekly payments.
• Ensure strong cash controls and governance.
• Prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts.

• Lead and develop the accounting team.
• Conduct goal setting, reviews, and 1:1 meetings.
• Support succession planning and collaboration with shared services.

• Strengthen accounting processes and control frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies.
• Identify and implement process improvements.

• Lead standard costing and variance analysis.
• Own cost roll processes in JD Edwards.
• Lead ERP enhancements and system improvements.

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

• CPA designation required.
• 7‑10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing.
• Strong experience in standard costing.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Advanced Excel and ERP (JD Edwards preferred).

• Ability to travel 10‑15% across Hadrian plant locations in Canada and the United States.
