Real Estate Investment Analyst Position

Become an Analyst with ADI Development Group, focusing on investments and asset management within the real estate sector. This role requires strong analytical capabilities and an initiative-driven mindset.

Reporting to the VP of Investments, you will be integral in supporting the team through financial modeling and assessing new real estate opportunities. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of industry experience and a solid educational background, ready to contribute to strategic investment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and update financial models for investment assessments

• Assist in underwriting and diligence on new opportunities

• Manage third-party reports and due diligence processes

• Prepare analytical content for investment committee meetings

• Conduct market analysis and investment scenario assessments

Requirements:

• 2–4 years in real estate finance or related areas

• Degree in finance, real estate, or economics preferred

• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling

• Self-motivated with a strong ownership approach

• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
