Reporting to the Regional Financial Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the finance operations within an agile multi-entity organization. Your focus on AR and AP accuracy directly influences our operational efficiency and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and process accurate customer invoices
- Assist in collection efforts with proactive communication
- Maintain accurate records of customer payments
- Process vendor invoices adhering to policies and approvals
- Generate organized financial records for audits
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Experience in AR/AP and customer service considered an asset
- Robust detail orientation and numerical proficiency
- Familiarity with Excel and ERP systems such as Net Suite
- Capable of juggling multiple responsibilities efficiently
