Reporting to the Regional Financial Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the finance operations within an agile multi-entity organization. Your focus on AR and AP accuracy directly influences our operational efficiency and compliance standards.

• Prepare and process accurate customer invoices
• Assist in collection efforts with proactive communication
• Maintain accurate records of customer payments
• Process vendor invoices adhering to policies and approvals
• Generate organized financial records for audits

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Experience in AR/AP and customer service considered an asset
• Robust detail orientation and numerical proficiency
• Familiarity with Excel and ERP systems such as Net Suite
• Capable of juggling multiple responsibilities efficiently
