Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and track operational performance and KPIs

• Identify and act on performance gaps

• Collaborate with plant leadership on goal execution

• Assist with budgeting and investment analyses

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in finance or accounting required

• 3 to 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing setting

• Strong proficiency in Excel and ERP systems

• Required leadership and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
