Position: Finance Controller with Strategic Insight
Elevate your career as the Controller II at Hadrian, responsible for financial oversight and strategic insights within Canada and the U.S. Master financial reporting and controls in a senior capacity.

As a finance controller, you will ensure the integrity of financial data across entities, lead the month-end close process, and maintain strong internal controls. Engage in financial planning and analysis to drive evidence-based decision-making while managing a dedicated accounting team.

Your role will necessitate analytical acumen, collaboration, and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee month-end close and financial reporting accuracy

• Conduct KPI development and support for analytical forecasts

• Review cash flow and manage working capital efficiently

• Lead team development and performance evaluations

• Strengthen internal controls and process improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• CPA designation essential

• 7-10+ years of finance experience in manufacturing

• Proven leadership in team management and guidance

• Expertise in JD Edwards and advanced Excel skills

• Ability to travel to plant locations as required
