Our client is looking for a Finance Manager specializing in fund administration for a 21-month contract. The role requires working closely with the Director of Fund Administration and other financial professionals to ensure timely and accurate reporting. You'll benefit from the support of a Senior Corporate Accountant and a Finance Executive Assistant to fulfill your duties effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer fund operations, including credit facilities

• Prepare all necessary call and distribution notices

• Generate financial reports per Canadian ASPE standards

• Develop quarterly reporting packages for stakeholders

• Manage investor inquiries and relations expertly

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in finance management

• Deep understanding of Canadian ASPE regulations

• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on investor relations

• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
