Position: Controller Role in Food Sector
Become a Controller for a dynamic food manufacturing company, providing essential business insights and financial leadership across three plants. This role integrates finance with operations for optimal performance.

As Controller, your primary duties include overseeing financial reporting, providing operational analytics, and partnering closely with plant managers. You will also lead a team of accounting professionals while driving financial strategies to enhance plant profitability and operational efficiency. Presenting financial insights directly to CEOs and CFOs will be a key part of your role, helping to guide major decisions in the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct month-end close and detailed financial reporting

• Analyze EBITDA and margins for operational improvement

• Collaborate with plant leaders for strategic financial insights

• Develop and mentor an accounting team of five

• Establish accurate operational reporting standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field

• Professional accounting certification (CMA, CPA preferred)

• At least 10 years of finance experience

• Experience in the manufacturing sector, particularly food

• Strong leadership skills for team development
