Become a pivotal part of TD Private Wealth Management as an Investment Service Associate in Burlington, Ontario. This role focuses on maintaining exceptional client service and wealth management support.

As part of our team, you will prepare documentation, assist with client meetings, and deliver comprehensive support to Investment Advisors. Your responsibilities will include analyzing client accounts and engaging clients through mentorship on various investment products. Maintaining compliance and contributing to team collaboration will be crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Investment Advisors by preparing meeting documentation

• Create reports and update client account status

• Mentor clients about products and identify referral opportunities

• Manage marketing materials and compliance documentation

• Respond effectively to inquiries through multiple communication channels

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree or college diploma preferred

• Must have an Investment Representative (IR) license

• Relevant experience of 1-2 years in banking roles

• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills

• Familiarity with investment products is an advantage
