Associate Investment Analyst at ADI Development

ADI Development Group is seeking an Associate to contribute to its investment strategies. This role requires 3-6 years of experience in real estate private equity or investment banking, with a specialty in ground-up development underwriting. You’ll leverage advanced Excel skills and run financial models, managing investment opportunities and engaging with senior leadership for crucial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial modeling for acquisitions and development projects

• Conduct thorough underwriting on new investment opportunities

• Manage deal pipelines and preliminary investment screens

• Oversee due diligence processes during project life cycles

• Author Investment Committee memos and present findings

Requirements:

• 3-6 years in real estate investment banking or development

• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills

• Proven experience with CTD/CTC updates

• MBA required; CAIA or CFA preferred

• Demonstrated presentation skills to stakeholders
