This exciting position will see you work closely with senior leadership in managing investment decisions and deal structuring. With a strong emphasis on operational excellence, you will manage investor relations, conduct thorough financial modeling, and lead due diligence processes, ensuring successful project execution. Your insights will directly contribute to the firm’s ambitious goals in affordable housing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial analysis and underwriting for multifamily developments

• Structure investment deals and manage joint venture elements

• Conduct project due diligence and contribute to reporting

• Participate in LP meetings and support fundraising efforts

• Run sensitivity analyses to validate investment strategies

Requirements:

• 3-6 years in real estate investment or development

• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills

• Bachelor's degree; MBA strongly preferred

• Independent decision-making ability in high-pressure scenarios

• Capacity to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
