This key role involves performing complex analyses to support budgeting and forecasting efforts across the organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis to support operational budgeting

• Monitor expenses and analyze discrepancies across five units

• Develop cost models and track effectiveness

• Maintain dashboards for critical KPIs and insights

• Provide month-end support with financial reporting tasks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field, CPA is a plus

• 3-5 years experience in an analytical role, preferably in manufacturing

• Strong Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with reporting tools

• Experience with publicly traded companies is desirable

• Excellent analytical and communication skills
