SAP CO Specialist

Position: SAP CO Specialist at Bosch Rexroth
Drive change as an SAP CO Specialist with Bosch Rexroth in North America.

Your role will ensure efficient SAP controlling processes and effective collaboration for system improvements.

As a proactive member of the Financial Controlling team, you will focus on enhancing the integrity of SAP CO operations and supporting S/4

HANA migration. Strong analytical skills and a collaborative mindset are crucial for driving best practices and improving financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure reconciliation accuracy between COPA and PCA

• Lead month-end closing and improvement initiatives

• Prepare SAP for year-end and new fiscal year setup

• Clean and manage CO master data effectively

• Train users on SAP CO best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• Over 2 years of experience in SAP CO

• Strong analytical skills in financial reporting

• Excellent problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work collaboratively across functions
