Position: Investment Analyst at ADI Development Group

As part of the Investments team, you will support underwriting and asset management activities, reporting to the VP of Investments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build models for acquisitions and development projects

• Support underwriting activities with detailed financial analyses

• Maintain the deal pipeline tracker and preliminary screens

• Coordinate due diligence and project reporting documentation

• Conduct market research across active jurisdictions

Requirements:

• 2–4 years in real estate investment or related role

• Bachelor’s in finance or related field

• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills

• Self-starter with ownership mentality

• Excellent written and communication skills
