This role requires a strategic thinker with over 8 years of experience in enterprise or operational risk, primarily within financial services. You will spearhead key ERM processes, engage with executive teams for effective risk reporting, and track remediation efforts to ensure timely accountability. Your expertise in navigating complexity and critical thinking will be essential in supporting the organization's growth across North America.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Equiton’s enterprise risk framework, including key indicators

• Lead enterprise risk assessments with business leaders

• Create risk reports to inform leadership of critical themes

• Monitor incidents and support risk remediation progress

• Provide guidance on operational and technology risks
Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years in enterprise risk management

• Strong knowledge of risk frameworks

• Proven judgment in complex business scenarios
