Reporting directly to the CFO, this executive leadership role will oversee the organization's global Corporate Finance function, including Financial Reporting, Consolidations, FP& A, Treasury, and Corporate Accounting.   • Key Responsibilities

    Financial Reporting & Corporate Accounting

  • Lead global financial reporting, accounting, and consolidation activities across multiple entities and currencies
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting in accordance with IFRS
  • Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
  • Lead annual external audits and manage key stakeholder relationships
  • Provide guidance on complex accounting and technical reporting matters
  • Strengthen internal controls, governance, and accounting policies
  • Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
  • Deliver meaningful financial insights, KPI reporting, and variance analysis
  • Support strategic decision-making through financial modeling and scenario analysis
  • Partner with business leaders to connect operational performance with financial results
  • Treasury & Cash Management

  • Oversee global treasury operations, liquidity management, and cash flow forecasting
  • Manage lender relationships and covenant compliance
  • Support capital allocation, financing initiatives, and treasury strategy
  • Leadership & Business Partnership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team
  • Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Foster strong relationships with operational leaders across the organization
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CFO and senior leadership team
  • Process Improvement & Transformation

  • Drive continuous improvement across reporting, planning, and treasury functions
  • Support ERP and financial systems optimization initiatives
  • Champion automation, process simplification, and enhanced reporting capabilities
  • Improve data quality and accessibility to support business decision-making
