Associate Role in Real Estate Investment Team

Become an integral part of ADI Development Group’s Investments team as an Investment Associate, focusing on strategic underwriting and financial modeling. The role emphasizes integration of development, construction, and management competencies in the GTA real estate market.

Reporting to the VP of Investments, the Associate manages financial diligence and stakeholder communications throughout project cycles. You will spearhead investment presentations to the Committee and collaborate with senior leaders on funding strategies. A strong background in multifamily development will set you apart in this fulfilling role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed financial models for various real estate transactions

• Oversee preliminary investment screenings and due diligence

• Conduct sensitivity analyses to evaluate investment risks

• Author comprehensive Investment Committee memos

• Support capital raising initiatives with analytical projections

Requirements:

• 3–6 years in real estate finance or investment banking

• Mastery in Excel; development modeling experience required

• MBA and possible CFA or CAIA certification

• Demonstrated independence in transaction leadership

• Strong capability in cross-functional team communication
