What is the position responsible for?
The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting our team and delivering the highly personalized level of service our clients have come to expect.

Key responsibilities include:

Administer the client onboarding process, including gathering required information, preparing documentation, and ensuring accurate and timely processing.

Manage and maintain client information and communicate with clients to obtain updates as required.

Prepare professional correspondence, reports, documents, and client files with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Respond to requests for information in a professional and timely manner.

Service clients' general day-to-day requests and ensure appropriate follow-up.

Communicate and collaborate internally with various operational and administrative departments to facilitate client requests and resolve outstanding items.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system; and

Manage our Life Well Invested® Client Experience Program, including coordinating client recognition, important milestones, special occasions, gifts, events, and other personalized touchpoints designed to create memorable and meaningful client experiences.

Education and Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably within the investment, wealth management, banking, or broader financial services industry.
