Senior Collections Specialist

Position: TransUnion Senior Collections Specialist
Join Trans Union as a Senior Collections Analyst and work in a hybrid model. Leverage your experience in collections to resolve escalated invoices while building essential client relationships.

In this role, you’ll focus on complex collections, utilizing your strong analytical skills and customer-centered approach. With a minimum of five years in accounts receivable or collections, you’ll serve as a resource for less experienced colleagues while contributing to process improvements that enhance overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage collection communication and client engagement

• Conduct timely collection calls and maintain records

• Resolve disputes in coordination with clients and departments

• Collaborate with sales to foster effective collection strategies

• Train and mentor new collection analysts as needed

Requirements:

• At least 5 years in accounts receivable or collections

• English and French fluency is essential

• Microsoft Excel proficiency; familiarity with People Soft preferred

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Capable of managing deadlines and changing priorities
