Senior Manager, Client Pricing and Support

The Senior Manager at CUMIS will guide pricing strategies and support a sustainable client portfolio. This role includes managing the Experience Refund Program and driving client engagement through strategic financial modeling. You will be instrumental in establishing operational excellence and ensuring profitable pricing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate financial models for new and existing client portfolios

• Present and communicate pricing results to clients

• Oversee Experience Refund Program activities and audits

• Help clients with business plans and pricing options

• Coach and develop a high-performing team

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in pricing or insurance development

• Degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or Business

• ASA and ACIA designations needed

• Strong skills in client contract negotiation

• Effective strategic decision-making and communication capabilities
