We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to support our manufacturing operations by aligning HR practices with business objectives. As a strategic advisor and employee advocate, the HR Manager will work closely with plant leadership to improve organizational performance, employee engagement, and workforce capability. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, proactive, and experienced in the unique HR needs of a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
Qualifications- 2+ years of experience in an HR role, in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Required - Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred - Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in employee relations and performance management.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to build trust and influence across all levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Serve as the primary HR point of contact for managers and employees within the plant.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to support workforce effectiveness.
- Partner with leadership to address workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning.
- Support employee relations matters, including investigations, performance issues, and conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to manage talent acquisition and onboarding for plant roles.
- Lead or support HR initiatives such as employee engagement, communication and recognition programs.
- Facilitate employee development, training, and coaching opportunities in collaboration with Safety.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Administer compensation, benefits and payroll support in coordination with corporate HR.
