** About the Role
** Reporting to the Senior Manager, Social Media & Content Creation, the
** Marketing Manager, Social Media
** is responsible for collaborating with a team of content creators to develop and execute social media strategies to grow brand awareness, educate target audiences, and support lead generation across the different Equiton brands. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution, working closely with Creative, Compliance, and the Content teams to ensure social content is engaging, accurate, and compliant.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Support the strategy, execution and evolution of the social media strategies for the different Equiton brands with a focus on Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, Tik Tok, and Youtube
* Align social media initiatives with broader marketing goals such as brand awareness, lead nurturing, event promotion, and prospect education
* Develop channel-specific content plans and editorial calendars that support organizational objectives, thought leadership, and educational initiatives
* Create and publish high-quality and engaging organic social content, including posts, short-form video, stories, and carousels
* Manage social copywriting and ensure messaging is consistent with brand voice and positioning
* Own community management for the brands, and identify opportunities to engage strategically with relevant audiences or relevant conversations
* Utilize channel and post analytics to track, learn and optimize performance of content
* Support Equiton Living Google My Business profiles by ensuring that content is accurate and up-to-date, and supporting the team with Google review generation and management
** What You Bring
*** 3-6 years of experience in organic social media management
* Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with strong attention to detail.
* Strong organization and planning, and ability to prioritize and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to think creatively and independently, with an entrepreneurial spirit to take initiative and drive projects from concept to execution.
* Experience with Planable, Hubspot, and Rival
IQ is an asset
* Bonus:
Experience in the real estate, finance, or private investment sectors, or relevant communications certifications.
** Predictive Index Assessments
