Who we need Reporting to the COO, we are seeking a Senior Sales Executive, Manufacturing ERP Software.
This is a full-cycle, hunter-led sales role selling an industry-specific ERP that integrates with existing, dispersed manufacturing software.
You will work across Canada and the USA prospecting, qualifying, presenting, and closing.
You will engage manufacturers at multiple levels, from operations leaders to executives, and position Seradex Order Stream as a long-term solution.
This is an existing, full-time position, based 100% remotely, with the requirement to travel up to 40% of the time throughout North America.

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will:
Sell a proven, manufacturing-focused ERP through consultative expertise.
You will leverage your deep understanding of manufacturing operations to uncover client challenges and position Seradex’s Order Stream platform as a solution that streamlines processes and delivers measurable business value.
Your credibility, curiosity, and ability to engage in the “how it really works” conversations will earn the trust of operational and executive decision-makers alike.
Drive revenue growth and expand Seradex’s market presence.
You will secure high-value, long-term client partnerships across North America, directly contributing to the company’s strategic growth.
This is a role where your influence and results will be visible, and where success is measured through meaningful customer outcomes, not just transactions.
Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to close.
You will manage opportunities end-to-end: from lead qualification and discovery through product demonstrations, business case development, and contract negotiation.
You will translate complex operational challenges into clear, quantifiable value propositions that show customers exactly how Seradex can improve their business.
Build trusted, long-term client relationships.
