Position Summary:
To ensure our continued growth and success, Tecoustics is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced work environment. The Sales Coordinator is responsible for the accuracy, timeliness, and process adherence of all Standard quote administration and order processing.

Sales Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
● Manages inbound sales inbox and assigns leads to Account Managers.
● Processes quotes and orders for all Standard projects using a pre-approved playbook and pricing.
● Maintains strict adherence to the Tender Protocol.
● Dispatches quotes to bidders with precision and speed to come out ahead of the competition.
● Responds to and provides quotations for inside sales inquiries
● Maintains all CRM data in real time and ensures data integrity.
● Processes accepted Purchase Orders into the operational system.
● Regularly updates the CCO and Account Managers on the status of bids.
● Maintains sales paperwork with a high degree of accuracy.
● Communicates with internal team members to ensure accuracy with tender preparation.
● Assists the Account Managers with administrative functions to allow them to focus on building strategic relationships.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
● A minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or sales support role.
● Previous experience working in CRM and ERP environments.
● Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills.
● Process-Obsessed:
