Group Quest, a division of People Corporation, is looking for a Financial Analyst, Marketing & Quotes to join our team. As a Financial Analyst, you will be focused on new business, client relationship management, and driving growth.

• Provide quote/marketing support for groups up to 50 lives.
• Coordinate with Account Executives for direction and broker communications.
• Collect, organize, and prepare client information for presentation to insurance carrier underwriters.
• Prepare client ready reports and documents.
• Prepare proposals and alternatives to traditional and non-traditional employee benefits plans.
• Follow up with insurance carriers to ensure groups are being quoted properly and in a timely manner.
• Process sale documents for submission to insurance carriers.
• Ensure database is promptly and accurately updated.

• 2+ years of experience in the group benefits industry.
• 2+ years working.
• Client focused with commitment for service excellence.
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multi‑task and prioritize to meet client and internal needs.

The base salary for this position is between $55,000 - $80,000 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation (e.g., annual bonus, commission etc). The actual base salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography, and relevant job‑related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
