At Wolseley Canada, your expertise as a Customer Solutions Consultant will make you a key member of our inside team, coordinating closely with the Outside Sales Team and Warehouse. You’ll be responsible for pricing, sales orders, and providing accurate information on inventory and deliveries to customers. The job emphasizes building strong relationships and achieving sales targets through exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete order processes with accurate pricing and terms

• Enter quotations and orders into the system promptly

• Communicate delivery information and inventory levels to customers

• Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients

• Process orders and prepare quotations for outside sales staff

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service, especially high volume

• Previous inside sales experience in HVAC or plumbing preferred

• Strong Microsoft Office skills; AS400 knowledge is an asset

• Ability to work independently and within a team/environment

• Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
