Position: Field Sales Representative / B2B Appointment Setter (Commission)
Fuller Media is a full-service digital agency that builds websites and runs marketing and social media for local businesses. We're growing in Burlington and Oakville and looking for a motivated, personable go-getter to visit local businesses in person, introduce us to owners and managers, and book meetings for us.
You'll be working directly with the owner, not a call centre or a layer of management. You won't be closing deals or doing the technical work. Your job is simple. Make a strong first impression, spark interest, and schedule a meeting where we run a full audit of the business's online presence and show them how we can help. We take it from there.
What you'll do   Visit local businesses in person across Burlington and Oakville
Introduce Fuller Media and start a friendly conversation with owners and managers
Book qualified meetings for our team to run a full digital audit
Log leads and appointments on your phone as you go
What you'll earn   $750 commission for every customer you land, uncapped, so your income is entirely in your hands
Gas and mileage allowance to cover your driving
Flexible, part-time schedule where you set your own hours
Hands-on training and the chance to learn valuable sales and business skills
A path to a full-time position for the right person who performs
What we're looking for   Own reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license (you'll cover both cities)
Sales experience, whether in-person, canvassing, or B2B, is a big plus
A smartphone and comfort using apps to log leads and book meetings
Outgoing, confident, and not afraid of a "no", you keep going
Self-motivated and reliable without someone looking over your shoulder
