This full-time position focuses on creating essential connections within Burlington's senior care sector. You will dedicate a majority of your time to outreach, establishing and nurturing trust with hospital discharge planners, retirement residences, and healthcare professionals. Your success hinges on maintaining strong referral relationships and conducting in-home assessments to deliver tailored care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and grow referral relationships with healthcare professionals

• Partner with retirement communities to promote agency services

• Represent Senior Helpers at community engagement events

• Monitor competitor pricing and community needs

• Conduct comprehensive in-home assessments for prospective clients

Requirements:

• 2-3 years in sales or community relations within senior care

• Established local network in Burlington highly preferred

• Consultative sales approach focused on empathy

• Valid Ontario driver’s license for community travel

• Self-motivated with a desire for autonomy
