Mobile Financial Services Representative

• Deliver exceptional client experience to support CIBC’s vision of leadership in client relationships.
• Engage clients at a CIBC Kiosk in Costco to understand their needs and identify opportunities.
• Complete sales of Chequing and Savings accounts, and provide information on other products.
• Refer clients for non-deposit account advice and servicing to appropriate Banking Centre.
• Track and record sales activities accurately and ensure client confidentiality.
• Promote and demonstrate digital banking options to clients.

• Experience in a fast-paced sales and service environment, preferably in a financial and client service industry.
• Well-developed interpersonal and conversation skills to proactively engage clients.
• Ability to engage with purpose to find the right solutions.
