Position: Join the Tenacity HVAC Family as a Residential HVAC Service & Installation Technician
Location:

Burlington & GTA  Compensation:  $35–$48/hour (based on experience) + overtime, bonuses, and benefits

Service Manager

We’re growing and looking for a skilled, passionate  HVAC Technician  (313D + G2) to join our crew. Someone who takes pride in their craft, loves solving problems for homeowners, and wants to be part of a team that feels like family.

What You’ll Do:

Perform expert service, repairs, installations, and maintenance on residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems

Work with gas appliances and equipment (your G2 ticket shines here!)

Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with professionalism and efficiency

Install and service pool heaters (big bonus if you have experience!)

Support our landscape division with related HVAC/heat pump work when needed

Deliver an outstanding customer experience — our clients rave about how friendly and knowledgeable our team is

We work on a wide variety of systems, so if you’re familiar with pretty much everything residential, you’ll fit right in.

What You Bring:

Valid  313D (Residential Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic)  and  G2 Gas Technician  tickets (required)

Clean driver’s abstract and reliable vehicle (we provide company vans for most techs)

Strong technical skills across HVAC, gas, and related systems

Pool heater and/or landscape experience is a  huge asset

Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-first mindset

Pride in doing quality work and taking care of customers
