We're looking for an experienced Overhead Crane Technician or Industrial Electrician who's ready to transition from the field into a rewarding Technical Trainer role. If you enjoy mentoring others, solving technical challenges, and sharing your expertise, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Deliver classroom and hands‑on technical training

Teach crane electrical, mechanical, and troubleshooting fundamentals

Develop and improve training materials

Evaluate technician performance and provide coaching

Support field technicians with technical guidance

Deliver training to both internal teams and customers

Some travel within Canada and internationally

What We're Looking For

2+ years of overhead crane service experience

Strong industrial electrical troubleshooting skills

Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Proficient with Microsoft Word and Power Point

Fluent in English and French (spoken and written)
