We're looking for an experienced Overhead Crane Technician or Industrial Electrician who's ready to transition from the field into a rewarding Technical Trainer role. If you enjoy mentoring others, solving technical challenges, and sharing your expertise, we'd love to hear from you.

• Deliver classroom and hands‑on technical training
• Teach crane electrical, mechanical, and troubleshooting fundamentals
• Develop and improve training materials
• Evaluate technician performance and provide coaching
• Support field technicians with technical guidance
• Deliver training to both internal teams and customers
• Some travel within Canada and internationally

• 2+ years of overhead crane service experience
• Strong industrial electrical troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Power Point
• Fluent in English and French (spoken and written)

• $100,000–$125,000 annual salary
