What You’ll Be Doing

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with small engines and outdoor power equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacements, and tune-ups.
  • Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools and power tools.
  • Test and inspect equipment to ensure proper functioning.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
  • Provide customers with information on proper equipment use and maintenance.
  • Keep the work area clean and organized. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies.
What You’ll Bring to the Team

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum two years of related mechanical experience.
  • Hands‑on experience working on construction equipment is an asset.
  • Must have your own tools.
  • A valid Class G driver’s license with a clean or satisfactory driver’s abstract (no more than three demerit points) is preferred.
  • Good organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and excellent problem‑solving skills.
  • Willing to work overtime when needed.
  • Flexibility; must be comfortable with managing and adapting to multiple changing priorities in a fast‑paced work environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to converse with colleagues, customers, and other parties in a professional and courteous manner.
