Lead field service work for Integrated Power Services using electrical troubleshooting and repair skills while supporting customers safely onsite. Perform hands-on diagnostics across customer equipment.
As a Lead Field Service Technician, you will guide field jobs and technicians while delivering an unmatched customer experience. Apply electrical and mechanical knowledge across motors, variable frequency drives, soft starts, and programmable logic controllers. Perform vibration analysis, thermographic imaging, and electrical testing while diagnosing and repairing units. The work includes customer communication, technical reporting, safety checks, and equipment maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead field jobs and other service technicians
- Perform electrical tests using portable electronic equipment
- Install, remove, align, and repair electric motors
- Prepare technical reports and recommend corrective actions
- Communicate scope changes, findings, and solutions
- Four or more years of AC/DC motor experience preferred
- Variable frequency drive troubleshooting experience preferred
- Programmable logic controller experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Availability for travel, overtime, weekends, and on-call work
