Veterinary Assistant Duties
  • Assist veterinarians and technicians during wellness and sick appointments
  • Obtain patient histories and support accurate medical documentation
  • Safely restrain patients during exams and procedures
  • Prepare exam rooms and maintain a clean, organized hospital environment
  • Assist with basic laboratory procedures and hospital support tasks
  • Support patient care and daily hospital workflow
  • Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure efficient operations
  • Answer phones and schedule appointments efficiently
  • Check clients in and out while providing exceptional customer service
  • Process payments and maintain accurate client records
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients
  • Support front desk workflow and daily hospital operations
  • Help create a positive and welcoming experience for clients and patients alike
