Looking for an experienced engineering and maintenance leader to oversee operations across multiple sites. Can you drive strategic projects, lead a high-performing team, and implement data-driven maintenance strategies that boost efficiency and equipment reliability?

Automation experience is an absolute must!

Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering projects and facility upgrades
• Optimize maintenance strategies and reduce downtime
• Manage team performance and project budgets
• Ensure safety, compliance, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate across departments to meet business goals

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s in Engineering (Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years of leadership in manufacturing/industrial environments
• Strong knowledge of RCM, CMMS, and project management
• Proven team leadership and budget oversight
