Premier Physical Therapy of Iowa is seeking a full-time Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our established private practice in Burlington, Iowa. This opportunity is ideal for clinicians seeking a stable, community-centered outpatient orthopedic setting with strong physician relationships and consistent referral flow.

Our clinic serves Southeast Iowa with a primary focus on post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, workers’ compensation cases, and general orthopedic conditions. We maintain long-standing referral partnerships with family practice and orthopedic providers and support local athletic programs.

This position offers clinical autonomy within a collaborative team environment that values evidence-based care, professional growth, and community involvement. Both experienced Physical Therapists and motivated new graduate PTs are encouraged to apply.
