Maintains and repairs physical structures of hotel buildings and grounds;
Cleans internal areas of hotel buildings including storage/boiler rooms, parking lots, public areas, banquet rooms and guest rooms;
Maintains and repairs plumbing and electrical systems;
Monitors hotel swimming pools and manages sanitation/chemical usage;
Assists other departments with moving furniture and unloading/storing supplies
