Provide guidance and direction for the operation of a specific zone on the store sales floor;
Oversee merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery;
Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet expectations;
Oversee stocking and receiving of merchandise and proper sales floor replenishment;
Schedule and staff the zone to unload/processing and drive associate productivity and customer service standards;
Supervise zone associates and communicate company directives to ensure follow-up; perform all Team Leader functions to open/close the store as needed
